I honestly only get my roots dyed every 6 months. It’s the only way to let my hair grow whilst keeping such an intense blonde colour. I used to do it every 8 weeks and my extensions would have to be removed first then re-taped back in after my colour was done. The tape extensions should be removed and re-taped every 2 months anyway to keep them from knotting and damaging your hair…
